Terms of Service Last Updated: 15 September 2025 Welcome to Monorail AI (mnrl.app), operated by Numont Ltd (“Numont,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and related applications (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. --- 1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. --- 2. Accounts You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to secure your account. --- 3. Acceptable Use You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, you must not: Violate any applicable laws or regulations. Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, spam, or harmful content. Infringe upon intellectual property or proprietary rights of others. Use the Service to build, train, or improve competing AI models without our prior written consent. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service. We reserve the right to investigate and take action (including suspension or termination) if we believe you have violated these restrictions. --- 4. Intellectual Property The Service, including but not limited to software, APIs, models, data, branding, and design, are owned by Numont Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our Service without express written permission. --- 5. User Content & AI Outputs You may provide input (“User Content”) into the Service and receive output generated by the AI models (“Output”). As between you and Numont, you own your User Content. Subject to compliance with these Terms, you may use the Output for any lawful purpose. You acknowledge that: Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose. You are responsible for evaluating the Output and using it at your own risk. --- 6. Payments & Subscriptions Certain features may require payment or subscription. Fees, billing terms, and payment methods will be disclosed at the point of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. --- 7. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if: You violate these Terms. Your use poses security, legal, or operational risks. We discontinue the Service (in which case we will provide reasonable notice where practicable). You may stop using the Service at any time by closing your account. --- 8. Disclaimers The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any Output will be accurate, reliable, or fit for use. --- 9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law: Numont Ltd and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us in the 3 months before the claim arose, or (b) £100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such cases, our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by law. --- 10. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Numont Ltd from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party. --- 11. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., by email or via the platform). Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. --- 12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
